There are two types of Miami water heaters. The first kind, we have all seen and grown up with. That’s right the traditional Miami hot water heater. These units take a heating element, usually a flame or high resistance electrified metal, and stick that in or under a big enclosed space full of water. Over time the water heats and when you turn on your faucet the hot water is extracted from the top while cold is refilling and reheating from the bottom.  It is not the most efficient way of heating your homes water, but it is what Miami plumbers have been installing since indoor plumbing because available.

The second method for heating your homes water is the Tankless Miami hot water heater. These units are typically much smaller and only heat the water when the water is needed. This means that the unit draws very little power or gas when your faucets are off, unlike the traditional models. This leads to huge saving on your power bills. If that was not enough to sell you there is also the fact that a properly sized and installed unit can make you home pump out a never ending supply of hot water. No more ruining you nice hot bath. You can just keep it turned to hot as long as you want. Viva la rubber duckies!
